This website is operated by RSQ Technology LLC (“RSQ,” “we,” “us”), a Georgia limited liability company located at 124 Parkwood Cir, Carrollton, GA 30117, USA. By using this site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is — and is not
This site describes partnership opportunities for licensed insurance agents, agents in the licensing process, and agency owners. It is directed to insurance professionals and prospective professionals.
This site is not an advertisement or offer of insurance products to consumers, and nothing on it should be read as insurance, financial, tax, or legal advice. Insurance products are offered only through appropriately licensed agents and only where permitted by law.
3. No guarantee of income or results
Statements on this site about commissions, compensation, production, or growth — including references to “uncapped” commissions and any charts or graphics depicting production or earnings trends — are illustrative and describe the structure of the opportunity, not a promise of results. Individual results vary substantially and depend on factors including effort, skill, licensing status, market conditions, and lead availability. RSQ makes no guarantee that any agent or agency will earn any particular amount, close any particular number of policies, or achieve any particular outcome.
4. Applications create no obligation
Submitting an application through this site is an expression of interest only. It does not create an employment relationship, an independent-contractor engagement, a partnership, or any other contract with RSQ, and it does not obligate RSQ to accept an application or offer a position. Any actual working relationship would be governed by separate written agreements and would be subject to applicable licensing, appointment, background, and compliance requirements.
5. Intellectual property
The RSQ name, logo, and all content on this site are owned by RSQ Technology LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including submitting false applications, attempting to interfere with the site’s operation, scraping content, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
7. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RSQ Technology LLC and its members, officers, and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of this site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Form submissions are processed using third-party services (including Google Workspace). Your use of those services through this site is also subject to their terms and privacy practices.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its “Last updated” date, is the version in effect.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts covering Carroll County, Georgia.
