This website exists to tell licensed insurance agents and agency owners about partnership opportunities with RSQ and to accept applications from people interested in working with us.

If applying as an agency owner: agency name and team size

Like nearly all websites, our hosting infrastructure may automatically log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. This site does not use analytics trackers or advertising cookies.

To contact you about partnership opportunities with RSQ — by phone call, text message, and email. By submitting the application form, you consent to being contacted by these methods. You can withdraw that consent at any time by telling us, replying STOP to a text, or using the contact details in this policy.

4. How your information is stored and shared

Application submissions are transmitted to and stored in Google Workspace services (Google Sheets) under our control, and notification emails containing your application details are sent to RSQ team members responsible for recruiting.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with: (a) service providers that process it on our behalf (such as Google, for storage and email); (b) our personnel and affiliated companies involved in evaluating partnerships; and (c) authorities where disclosure is required by law.

5. Retention

We keep application information for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate and manage partnership relationships, satisfy legal and regulatory obligations, and resolve disputes. You may ask us to delete your information sooner using the contact details below.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on the state you live in, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain uses. We honor these rights for all applicants regardless of state. To make a request, contact tjiles@completeseniorbenefit.com. We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

7. Children

This site is intended for adults seeking professional opportunities and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
